Data Deletion

GrrowZo respects your right to request deletion of eligible personal information associated with your account.

If you want to request deletion of your GrrowZo account or personal information, you can contact our support team using the email address below.

To help us identify your account and process your request, please include:

• Your registered name.
• Your registered email address.
• Business or workspace name, if applicable.
• The WhatsApp Business account or phone number associated with your workspace, if applicable.
• A clear statement that you want your data deleted.

We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify the request and protect the account from unauthorized deletion.

Depending on the nature of your request and applicable legal requirements, we may delete or anonymize eligible information associated with your account, which may include:

• Account information.
• Workspace information.
• Contact information stored in your workspace.
• Conversation and message data stored by GrrowZo.
• Automation configurations.
• Other personal information associated with your account where deletion is applicable.

If your GrrowZo account is connected to WhatsApp or another Meta service, certain information may also be processed directly by Meta or other third-party providers.

Deleting information from GrrowZo does not necessarily delete information independently maintained by Meta or another third-party service.

For information stored directly by Meta, you may also need to use the relevant Meta account or privacy controls.

For security purposes, we may need to verify that a deletion request was submitted by the account owner or an authorized representative.

We will not intentionally disclose or delete another person's information based solely on an unverified request.

Once we receive a valid deletion request, we will review it and take appropriate action within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.

Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting or other legitimate legal purposes.

Deleting your account or data may result in the loss of access to certain GrrowZo services, conversations, contacts, automations, settings or other account information.

Deleted information may not be recoverable after the deletion process has been completed.
