GrrowZo may integrate with WhatsApp Business and other Meta services to provide supported communication and automation functionality.

You must have the necessary rights, permissions and authorization to connect the WhatsApp Business account, phone number or business assets that you use with GrrowZo.

Your use of WhatsApp and Meta services remains subject to the applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms, policies and requirements.

GrrowZo does not guarantee that a particular WhatsApp or Meta feature will be available to every account. Eligibility may depend on requirements determined by the relevant third-party platform.

Where supported and available, GrrowZo may provide functionality associated with WhatsApp Coexistence.

Availability, eligibility, functionality and limitations of WhatsApp Coexistence are determined in part by Meta/WhatsApp requirements and may change over time.

GrrowZo is not responsible for changes, restrictions, suspension or discontinuation of third-party WhatsApp functionality.

GrrowZo may allow customers to create automated replies, triggers, keywords and workflows.

You are solely responsible for the content and behavior of the automations configured in your account.

• The messages you send through the platform.
• The automation rules you create.
• The accuracy of automated responses.
• Obtaining any required customer permissions or consent.
• Compliance with applicable messaging laws and policies.

You must not use GrrowZo for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or harmful activities.

Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

• Fraud or scams.
• Phishing or impersonation.
• Malware or malicious activity.
• Unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Spam or abusive messaging.
• Unauthorized collection or use of personal information.
• Activities violating applicable WhatsApp or Meta policies.
• Activities violating applicable laws or regulations.

You retain your rights in business data and content that you submit to GrrowZo, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide and operate the service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions and lawful basis to submit and process such information through GrrowZo.

GrrowZo's software, platform, design, branding, documentation and related technology are owned by Grrowzo Digital Marketing or its applicable licensors.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell or create derivative works from GrrowZo's platform or intellectual property.

GrrowZo may rely on third-party services and infrastructure, including Meta/WhatsApp, cloud infrastructure, APIs, authentication providers and communication services.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, limitations and availability requirements.

GrrowZo is not responsible for the independent operation or policies of third-party services.

Certain GrrowZo features may require a paid subscription or other payment.

Pricing, billing frequency, applicable taxes, renewal terms and refund conditions will be displayed or communicated at the time of purchase.

We may change pricing or plans from time to time, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that GrrowZo will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to:

• Protect the security of GrrowZo.
• Prevent fraud, abuse or unauthorized activity.
• Investigate suspected violations of these Terms.
• Comply with applicable law.
• Address unpaid amounts or payment issues.
• Respond to requirements imposed by third-party platforms.

We do not guarantee specific business results, sales, leads, conversions, customer responses or revenue from using the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grrowzo Digital Marketing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business-related losses arising from or related to the use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or liabilities arising from your unlawful use of GrrowZo, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights or misuse of connected services.
